ISPS Registration

In order to ensure the safety of ships and ports, the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) has agreed that all ships must undergo the ISPS regulations. The International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) consists of a comprehensive package of security measures designed to ensure security in the supply chain. More specifically, the cargo on board is explicitly transmitted prior to calling at a port. The authorities of the port of call have comprehensive control rights.

The registration of visitors must be made 24 hours before your arrival to the terminals and need to be send to us by e-mail to gate@epas-emden.de.

Under the following link you can download the ISPS registration form as an excel file.

Please note that the access to our terminals is not possible without prior registration.
